You know I love simple pleasures. They just make me so happy. 

My wonderful friend Lizz introduced me to vegan ice cream and my life has never been the same again. I eat it almost every day, even in the winter. It makes me happy, its so healthy and it doesn`t make any animals sad. I honestly could go on and on and on about why we are not paying enough attention and giving enough love to vegan ice cream, but I will just share my favorite recipes with you. Because I love you.

Its so easy actually, you just chuck the ingredients below in a food processor and make them all creamy. Could make two portions or one big portion, depending on your life skills and ambition really. Another beautiful thing is that some ingredients such as the berries are actually cheaper when frozen. You can only win you see.

Raspberry Mint Dream

2 cups frozen raspberries

1 drop peppermint oil

1 banana or 1/2 avocado

2 table spoons of non-diary milk

Banana Cinnamon Comforter 

2 large bananas, frozen over night in little chunks

a bit of avocado (optional)

2 table spoons of non-diary milk

all the cinnamon and nutmeg you can handle!

Tropical Berry Party 

2 cups mixed frozen berries

1 banana

2 table spoons of non-diary milk

Coconut flakes for decoration

Okay, honey. Are you ready for the next level? 

Orgasmic Vegan Fudgesicles 

2 avocados

1/2 cup unsweetened non-diary milk

a tiny sprinkle of salt

6 table spoons of raw cacao

Some stevia to sweeten, 2 tsb vanilla extract or cinnamon or both – go wild.

Blend it all, then freeze it in popsicles over night and you will be in heaven.
